'Judge not, lest ye be judged.' I often find myself considering these words. It's politically correct to avoid giving offense to the devout, and whatever version of the old or the New Testament we happen to be discussing, we must remember that these were declared to be the 'Revealed Word' of God, himself.
However, American statesman, Thomas Paine pointed out two hundred years ago that, after all, men wrote the Bible, so that's a contradiction there!
